Gold plating is a gold metal wash over high quality metals such as stainless steel and high quality jeweler's brass. Gold layering is actual 18K gold heavily layered and electroplated for added durability. Standard industry amounts of gold used in layering is 20 Mils (or 20 layers). ALL of our gold layered jewelry is 100 Mils (100 layers), FIVE times the amount of the norm! In addition, a double coat of ClearGuard is hand-applied to our gold layered and rhodium jewelry, ensuring it will live up to it's WRITTEN 100% Lifetime Replacement Warranty!

We only carry whole sizes at this time. When in doubt, it's wisest to move half size UP to the next ring size, especially with a wide band or 2 ring set.

Rhodium is a precious metal of the Platinum family, is found naturally and mined with Platinum, and actually has a higher melting point than Platinum! We have long-term established relationships with a large number of national and international manufacturers. We do NOT dropship, nor do we employ any "middle men", therefore we're able to cut prices to the bone. We want you to not only be completely satisfied but impressed with your beautiful new jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, return it in its original condition for a refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable in this instance, and a 20% restock fee applies. If you prefer to exchange for another style or piece of jewelry, or different size ring, additional shipping charges will apply. Please note: Any alteration or damage to the jewelry negates this policy. Please contact us prior to returning jewelry for a company issued RMA number, to be placed prominently on all packaging.

Upon return receipt of your ring, we will re-size it to a corrected size, additional shipping charges will apply. After 14 days there will be an additional charge for resizing, please contact us in advance of returning rings for a quote per case. Please note: any alterations or damage to the ring negates this policy.

Once we receive your order, we'll acknowledge it the same day, or next business day if the order is placed during off hours, including weekends and holidays. We ship most ground orders within 24-48 hours. We do our very best to ship Express and priority orders the same day (in that order). If there is any reason for delay of shipment, you will be notified immediately. You'll also receive a 2nd email with shipping notification and delivery confirmation number once your order ships. Please allow one to four weeks for delivery, depending on location and shipping method selected. Backorders are very, very rare at Eleganza, since we strive to live up to our motto of "what you see is what you get!" and have all items in stock at all times. If there is a backorder, you will be notified immediately upon receipt of the order. Backorders will be held for up to 2 weeks (at your discretion). Partial orders will not be shipped unless and until you, the customers, signify that you are willing to accept partial orders. If you decide to accept a partial order, no further shipping charges will apply once the backorder ships out. We ship exclusively through the United States post office. For the most accurate fit, visit a local jeweler and have your finger sized for a broad band ring. Many of our exquisite jewelry pieces can be resized, but many are not resizeable, due to the high polished rhodium or platinum finish they carry.

Eleganza Jewels offers one low shipping fee for domestic U.S. and Canadian shipping, no how much you buy! Our jewelry ships via USPS first class mail, insured with delivery confirmation. You will not see an insurance mark on your package since we insure through our private insurer, www.u-pic.com. Rest assured, your order is fully protected against damage or loss!
