Payment: We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, as well as all major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, DC, and AmEx. We are a verified Linkpoint merchant, and are able to process your card order via telephone, if preferred, just let us know! We also accept USPS postal money orders or a standard bank's cashier checks. No personal or business checks or non-postal money orders will be accepted.
Shipping: We ship every day of the week, for a low cost fee, via USPS first class with delivery confirmation, insured through www.u-pic.com. Expedited rates are available: $8.95 priority, $24.95 next day Express.
Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt, and you're DC number will be emailed to you via separate email. Please allow 2-10 business days for ground shipments to arrive.
Returns: See warranty info above. Please request an RMA and shipping instructions before returning any jewelry. Packages returned without an RMA will be refused.
Defective jewelry will be replaced immediately. We will accept non-defective returns with proper RMA, shipping is not refundable, and a 20% restock fee applies.
