PAYMENTS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AmEx payments directly. Your card will NOT be charged until date of shipment! We also accept Google Checkout, as we are a verified Google Merchant, as well as USPS money orders. We ONLY accept US Postal money orders, and will ship within 1 day of clearance of your money order. At this time, we do not accept Paypal.
SHIPPING:
All of our gorgeous jewelry ships for one low fee, no matter how much you buy. The price you see in your cart is the one you will pay - no hidden fees.
Our standard shipping is first class with delivery confirmation, for your security and peace of mind. We can ship express or priority if needed, please email or call us to get a quote.
All orders will ship within 24-48 hours after clearance of payment. We will notify you of receipt of your order by email, to verify the order is received, and email you again with tracking once your order ships. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to call or email, we will respond ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL:
We have just begun shipping to Australia and the United Kingdom. We welcome our new international customers! Our shopping cart is not set up yet with the correct international shipping, but it is $7.95 flat fee, no matter how much you buy! We will have this set up very soon!
TAXES:
We do collect NYS tax, but only on sales to those customers who reside in NYS, since it is the law.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE:
We will exchange anything ordered as long as the exchange is requested within 1 month (30 calendar days) after the item has been ordered. After that time, all sales are final. A flat shipping fee, comprable to the one paid at purchase, will be charged the customer.
If the exchange requested is due to our error or defective product, even if it is the fault of the shipper, we will replace at no charge to the customer within 48 hours. Please note: we must receive back the defective item prior to shipment of a new item. We do not require an RMA, but do ask that you email or call us to let us know of any issues prior to just sending items back. We will reject any item returned without having prior notification of the return.
If we do not have a particular item to exchange, you may choose another item, or if under the 30 days, receive a refund (see returns for refund notes below)
RETURN FOR REFUND: We understand that shopping online can be difficult, and therefore have a fairly liberal return policy. If you get your item and don't like it, you have 1 month (30 calendar days) to return for a cash refund or refund to your credit card. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective product. We insure every shipment, so this also includes damages incurred via the shipper.
SIZING OF RINGS:
You may use our printable ring sizer, perfect for every need! You can either use the wrap around function to determine your ring size by wrapping the measuring paper around your finger, or you can print out and place a current ring on the circles to find the right size.
