Only a certified jeweler, with loupe, can tell the difference between a diamond and a cubic zirconia. Cubic Zirconia is just as brilliant and almost as hard as a genuine diamond. Cubic Zirconia has the hardness of a genuine mined Sapphire, which is 9.5 on the Mohs chart, with a Diamond of course the hardest at 10. Also, a CZ is much heavier than a diamond, so carat weight can be misleading - don't be fooled by some of the ads out there! A CZ is 75% heavier than a genuine diamond! The real distinction between CZ and diamonds is truly negligible - it is all a matter of CUT of the diamond, that is the most important thing. The most gorgeous and clear diamond in the world will not look good if not cut properly. We can assure you, our stonecutters are top notch, with many, many years of experience and great imaginations, always seeking that perfect cut!

Many, many of our customers purchase a ring set or bands that looks much like their high end sets and rings for vacation and every day wear purposes, leaving their high end jewelry vaulted for special occasions. This ensures they will give their inheritants a beautiful piece of jewelry that is unscratched and in perfect condition. Also, in cases of loss or damage, it is much less expensive to replace a costume set of wedding jewelry than a high end set or rings.

At this time, we are not stocking our gold jewelry online. We do have 14K and 18K in our main (offline) store, we do not stock 10K gold. We do not sell plated jewelry. All of our jewelry is either stamped .925 Sterling Silver, solid Titanium, or solid Stainless Steel.

Sterling Silver is a very good investment item, as prices continue to soar. They have quintupled in just the past 5 years! Sterling Silver is easy to care for and is of heirloom quality, something to pass on to the generations. However, Sterling Silver can scratch with misuse or a hard life. Titanium and Stainless Steel will never scratch or pit, and requires no cleaning, so it is a nice alternative to Sterling or Gold
